Main Dishes



Chef's Coconut Curry

Coconut curry vegetables on a bed of organic brown rice. Optional grilled chicken in homemade chef's sauce.



Caribbean Sweet and Spicy Grilled Chicken or Fish Filet

Caribbean style sweet and spicy chicken (or fish) filet. Served with Caribbean style rice and beans, plantains and a tomato-cucumber salad with a zesty lemon vinaigrette.



Hawaiian Tuna Poke Bowl

Chef's special Hawaiian poke over a bed of brown rice, avocado, purple cabbage, cucumber rolls, shredded carrot and fresh pineapple. Served with cracked pepper, pickled ginger and a lightly spicy aioli sauce.



Sesame Seed Encrusted Yellowfin Tuna Filet

Seared sesame-seed encrusted yellowfin tuna filet, served with white wine wasabi ginger sauce. Served over a bed of brown rice and teriyaki style sautéed vegetables.



Pan-fried Mahi Mahi

Mahi-Mahi filet topped with a white wine lemon caper sauce, served with rosemary roasted garlic and onion mashed potatoes. Accompanied by fresh green salad with balsamic vinaigrette.




Sandwiches
Served with choice of salad or french fries


Hamburger

Locally sourced ground beef. Served with onion, lettuce and tomato.



CLP Burger

Local ground beef patty, mozzarella cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and BBQ sauce.



Fish Sandwich

Crispy Mahi-Mahi filet, lettuce, tomatoes and homemade aioli-tartar sauce.




Lighter Dishes



Fresh Greens Salad

Fresh greens, cucumber, purple onion, avocado, tomato, pineapple and walnuts. Served with homemade cilantro dressing.



Tacos Frescos

Your choice of protein: chicken, fish or vegetables. Served with homemade aioli sauce and tropical fruit pico de gallo.



Buddha Bowl

Brown rice, black beans, red cabbage, avocado, sautéed organic veggies, shaved carrot and tropical salsas.



Casado

Traditional Costa Rican dish. Includes rice, beans, green salad, plantains, and choice of protein (chicken, fish or vegetarian).
